PS5 draft league

*Disclaimer by agreeing to these rules and playing in this league you as a player are accepting all rules listed below

*Disclaimer2 Commish/Co Commish  can make discretionary decisions at any moment and update rules and make amends to rules if needed.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

* THERE Will be no tolerance for racial slurs and disrespect for anyone!!!!!!! If  your asked not to say a racial slur and you keep going that is grounds to kick you from league. Disrespect towards ones gender will not be allowed that is grounds for removal from league.

*No inciting any mob type behaviors that starts up issues within the league any violators of this rule can be suspended or banned from league  

* The LOA has the right to reject any application of any vet or rookie.

Schedule

A schedule will be made for every team as it will state the team names you are required to play that week.

If both teams cannot agree on when to play during the week both GM’s should contact the commissioner and a decision will be made from there depending on evidence provided either a Force win will be awarded or it will result in coin flip.

ALL GAMES SHOULD BE PLAYED WITHIN REASONABLE HOURS OF PRIMETIME HOURS OF   7pm est to 11:30pm est UNLESS AGREED UPON WITH TEAMS  GMsTO PLAY AT LATER TIME

-Be mindful when scheduling games so they don’t over lap.

-GIVE teams 30 min  advance notice if game needs to be cancelled or rescheduled  !!!

If a team ducks the matchup , they will receive the loss.

-If you agree to play a team at a certain time and do not show, you will receive the loss. With exception of proper communication between captains Reach out to the other team captain as early as possible if you know your team will not be able to show or if you will be late. RESPECT EVERYONE’S TIME LIKE YOU WANT YOURS RESPECTED!!!

Rosters and Gameplay Rules:

7 players per team

GM’s and capts (with authority) can make  trades anytime before week 3 of the season.

There are no archetype or position restrictions.

If someone lags out in the first quarter, the game can be started over however, do not wait until your team is down big to decide to start over. As soon as someone lags out, you should be reaching out to the other team captain to let them know if you will play it out or start over.

-during regular season if a teammate lags out after halftime the game will not be restarted. Any before hand will be restarted with a point spread.

Any laggouts in playoffs no matter the quarter  game can restart with a point spread at time.

* Home Jerseys must be predominantly white /light gray

*         Away jerseys must be a color of some type and not light gray/ white

*         Courts should be predominately wood only colored area should be the paint  

* All courts must-have the LOA logo

*         DRAFT WILL TAKE PLACE ON March 5th at 8pm est all GMS should be put in party to make draft go smooth but incase you aren’t present the draft will be remote

*         LEAGUE PLAY WILL BEGAN  March 7th at 8pm est for stacks classic  

*         Having bad internet  is not a reason to quit a game. Test your connection before the game. Yes 2K servers are not the best but having bad internet is not a reason to start over. This will be considered a forefeit.

* If a game is started over, you must play with the exact same lineup that started the 1st game. No changing archetypes or different players.

* if your lack of performance or attendance as a GM is detrimental to your team or providing your players a disservice the board reserves the right to relieve you of that position (while your spot on the roster will be maintained your position as a gm will be forfeited) after receiving your due process of investigation and ruling on the matter***

* League Branding

* League Logo on court. (mandatory)

* League initials in team name (Loa) (all leagues) (mandatory)

*         Streaming

*         All games must be streamed (Twitch, YT, etc.)

*         All Streams must be saved

*         Links to all Streams must be posted in capt chat and sent to Commish

*         No saved stream = Forfeit

*         ALL TEAMS NEED  STREAMER OR TWO TO STREAM ALL GAMES THIS IS MANDATORY ‼️‼️‼️‼️

* GM Responsible for trades

* Gm fee $40

* Players fee is $20

* Appointing capt of team

* GM/AGM will be in charge of orchestrating combines

* Responsible in joining meetings as far as rules

* There will be a chain of command when communicating with commishes , capt then gm then commishes

If you are banned it is upon commishes discretion if you come back
